Also in the datasheet we need to understand each memory section indicates to what? the screenshot is part of the memory map.

TCMA_RAM and MSS_TCMA_CR5A are the same thing. The MSS_TCMA_CR5A is the register that is in the Radar Subsystem, which can access the same memory, but this has to be done through the RSS Core. Since the RSS Core is locked and cannot be used, you will have to access the same data via the MSS using the register TCMA_RAM_CR5A.
If you want to understand this, all the information is in the TRM itself. If you have any specific doubts, I can point you to the TRM section that you can refer to.
