LMP91000: 3 lead gas sensor simulation

Hello.

I want you to support us including how to use the tool (PSpice for TI).

I want to simulate using PSpice model of LMP91000 that TI Provides.
I want to simulate 3 lead gas sensor simulation like the model written in "Sensor_model_information.pdf".
I plan to model current source in the gas sensor as the rectangular wave,
I want to compare the effects of the resistance and the capacitance on the VOUT of LMP91000.

I use PSpice for the first time, so I want your support.
For example, when we use LMP91000 of REAL component, I think we need to set that by I2C,
when we simulate the behavior of LMP91000, how can I make that in operation mode?
For example, can I get the reference design?

I have included two links to help you with PSpice for TI. I have also included the link for the PSpice model for the LMP91000.

You will have to contact the manufacture of the sensor probe that you are interested in to get a PSpice model for the probe.

Thank you for your support, Mr. Varney.

However, the support did not resolve my problem.
I have downloaded the LMP91000 PSpice model,
so I want to know how to set and to operate the model in the simulation.

Koushi OHTA - san,

There is an excellent example on how to set up the circuit in the LMP91000 data sheet. There are also great examples in the extra documentation section. All of this is useless unless you have a model for the sensor you want to use.

If you are having trouble using PSpice then I recommend using the online training at https://training.ti.com/pspice-ti-introduction

If you have questions about PSpice in general then I can send this ticket to the PSpice group to help you.

My expertise is on the LMP91000. If you have specific questions about this part I can help you. I suggest that you read the datasheet first and look at the other E2E questions as I have already answered almost all questions in great detail about how this part works in these support pages.
