I would like to set the RPM of the fan and have the chip monitor the TACH and set the PWM as needed to maintain the RPM;
This would allow me to use different fans and get a constant RPM. Unlike now when a set PWM of say 60% will give quite a different RPM on different fans.
Will also help linearize my control curve. So RPM could ramp linearly from say 2000 RPM to 9000 RPM between my two temperature set points.
Is this possible?
