Can you let me know if we have a smaller size analog temp sensor that can replace TMP75C/NCT75/ADT75? Customer application is RRH/MMU in communication equipment. They usually use supply voltage of 1.8V or 3.3V.

Thanks for the post. The TMP75C and the competitive variants you listed are digital temperature sensors, which use I2C for communication.
The smallest size I2C part we have is the TMP114. Here is a comparison chart between the two. (click on image to enlarge)
