i do not need mechanical design, electrodes, etc.

I need support on selecting the correct components and some support on the schematic design, at least  an final approval would be more than welcome.

 AFE4410 seems a better choice.

Ideally , an implementation of the latest architecture, where with an emitter on center (i think red and green wavelength) with perimetric photodiodes (usually they add 8, (AFE4410 supports 3) . 

But since its more important for me a safe delivery within deadline, we could work on something more studied.

The device will include a BLE IC , should be v5.1 or v5.2 and with output power higher than 5dbm 

We need to advertise the results every 2 minutes. After each advertise the device should get into deep sleep and restart after a period of time to recalculate and advertise. On abnormal results we will increase the advertising frequency every 45 seconds.  

On pictures below you can see what i am describing, i think they go with this implementation to take more samples with less power consumption

This reference design has the CC2640R2F, which supports BLE 5.1 (@ a power level of up to +5dBm) and uses TMP117 for temperature measurement.

The most difficult part is to get acceptable SpO2 and heartrate. Its time consuming to develop from scratch biometric algorithms. Would not be better to use an AFE with integrated algorithms for Spo2 and Heartrate? The temperature is the easy part since we just get the average from 10 samples and pass the result through a math function. Spo2 and Heartrate is what fears me due to short delivery time. If your schematic had spO2 and Heartrate and we had working algorithms , even calibrated only for wirst we would find the way.

Just to be clear here - I am in a completely different product line than ChienChun - I am Applications Engineering Manager for Temperature and Humidity Sensing, with a history at TI with radios (both near and far field). I saw you were looking for BLE radio/MCU with +5dBm and knew you also would need temp, so i thought to chime in. As you say, the pulse oximetry is difficult, but can be done - we (TI) have several reference designs for such application use case, which you can find here:

Of course, thank you for trying to help, i have read the suggested links and seems that a combination of AFE4420 with a CC2650** seems promising. But i will wait for ChienChun Yang in order to guide me since i only have one experience with a patch were the raw data were transmitted via a DA14531MOD-00F01002 to a smartphone and the calculations were made there(very bad approach)

Thank you very much Yang, i will wait for your suggestios. Also, if that will help someway, we can use MQTT if that would save some power (Wake up, measure, publish, sleep). Dear Josh, thank you too for your help.
