Hi,

We are looking for people count solution for retail application

I have gone through TI website and found that two solutions are available i.e Time of flight based and another one is radar based

Please suggust us which solution is good

Please clarify the following points

IWR6843 modules are available for next 8 to 10 years

What will be the BOM cost for this sensor-based solution

Our team wants to see demo of sensor-based solution. Can we get local technical support in India if yes please share us contact details

Hi,

We have no plans to discontinue the IWR6843 Modules within the next 8-10 years. The BOM cost will be the the combined cost of the IWR6843 device, flash memory, crystal oscillator, PMIC and PCB space for antennas (assume 9 sq cm). For sales inquiries, I will send your contact information associated with your TI account to the marketing team. While we do have staff in India, I cannot guarantee that they will be the ones to assist you.
