Looking for digitally-controlled capacitor

Hello,

I was surprised after searching the web that there are very few products that can be called "digitally controlled capacitors".

None of them meet my specs:

range 1 ... 10pF
operational frequency range 0 ... 100MHz (certain products that I found have minimum operation frequency of 300MHz)

After all, MEMS technology has been around for a while.

Does TI have this type of product?

Hello Pavel,

TI does not offer "Digitally controlled capacitors" or Tunable MEMs capacitor.

Could you please share details about your application and requirement? We will explore how best to address your requirement.

Hello Vivek,

It's for tune feedback capacitor in LTC6268-10 based front-end.
