IWR6843: HS vs GP Package Markings

Is there a way to tell, by looking at the IWR6843 packaging, if I have a high security (HS) or general purpose (GP) device?

    Hello,

    Apologies for the late response on this. The safety marking on the device will give you this information.

    Here the first letter denotes the Safety:

    • Q = Non-functional Safety
    • A = ASIL A Capable/SIL 1
    • B = ASIL B Capable/SIL 2

    Second letter denotes Security:

    • G = General
    • S = Secure
