PGA970: Strange Issue when use PGA970EVM with PGA970EVM GUI

After installed the PGA970EVM GUI software, I got a strange issue never discriped in the software user's guide.

In the GUI, only <FRAM & DEVRAM> <Data & Waveform RAM> item can work.

Other items show as <Interface Settings [Broken] >    <ADC Settings [Broken] >    with red backgrand.

Is there any wrong settings when I installed the software , or should I download any firmware into the PGA970chip first?


USB2Any firmware already updated ;
The short jumper J11 J12 J18 J19 installed and J15 connect 1-2;
The Voltage 12V 7.5V 5V 3.3V AVDD 3.0V and DVDD1.86V ,all checked.

    Hi Jason,

    No, there's nothing else that should be needed as far as I can tell. If you're able to get from Microcontroller to Interface using the bottom in the top left, and click the SPI button, you should be able to go to the lower level page and click read all without throwing any errors.

    Can you tell me what triggers the page to say broken?

    Hi Cole, 

    Thank you for the response.

    When I just start the program, it is  showen as the screen shot,

    I can chage to "Digital Interface " and click the "SPI" bottom. It showes same.

    While I can use "Data and Waveform RAM Programming" page , when check the "select all",and click "READ" button.

    I can get the bellow datas. Also wavefrorm I got on SPI data lines seems work well.

    The problem is solved after I update the NI Runtime Library.
