Thanks for the post and welcome to E2E!

We do not currently have an IBIS model for the TMP126, I have asked the design team if and when they might have one and also if the LM70 IBIS model would be a decent substitute for you to use.

Here the request has been made internally, so based on their queue/loading, the model should be available on ti.com when ready.
