MMWCAS-RF-EVM: Hardware problem: whether the RF board capacitance loss affects the measurement

A capacitor (C1_2) of my MMWCAS-RF-EVM near the awr2243 with label 2 (the green position in the right figure) is lost, and the pad is also lost. Can the RF board be used normally in this case? Is there any solution?

I found the location of this capacitor, which is connected with the AWR2243's function of the internal LDO output/inputs VOUT_ 14SYNTH pin. I want to know whether the loss of this capacitor will affect the normal use of the radar.
