There is a calculator link and more documentation links.  You can use this with another bus bar but the hole size could need modificaiton and therefore the 3D printed holder would also change.  I would read documentation as there is much more explanation. The output is an analog output and I would measure differentially between the Vref and Vout but is not required.

There is no software as it is an analog output.

The voltage will be dependent on the material used and the creepage(1.524 mm) of the material.   This information is also on the users guide.  You could modify the design of the holder, hole size and material to get the requirements you require.  You can find design files here.  https://www.ti.com/tool/TIPD205
