IWR6843AOPEVM: Hardware is not recognize.

Hi Team, seeking for some confirmation.

We have a customer that avails IWR6843AOPEVM during its first start-up the board is not recognized. They tried other IWR6843AOPEVM boards and this is the only that cannot be recognized. They already followed all the suggested steps on our resources however still no avail.

Hi Mark,

If they've determined the problem is a faulty board but running the exact same procedure with another board, can you just order them another board from samples.ti.com?
