IWRL6432: Could TI provide the MSL level, reflow profile, package materials information, device markings for IWRL6432?

Hi TI expert,

The IWRL6432 datasheet is available on "https://www.ti.com/product/IWRL6432", however we can't find anything relevant to its MSL level, reflow profile, package materials information, and device markings. Could TI help to provide these information?

Not sure if the IWRL6432 FCCSP package can apply the rule like "MSL Ratings and Reflow Profiles (Rev. A)"?

IWRL6432 is going through the qualification process, MSL level, reflow profile, package materials information is very similar to that of IWR6843. You could use the same numbers for IWRL6432 for time being, once qualification is completed then it would be updated.
