AWR1843BOOST: How to get data using TeraTerm

After loading the demo file with UniFlash and then loading the cfg file with Terraterm, please tell me how to output the data in the data format from Terraterm.

Also, please tell me how to save the data format output by TeraTerm in csv or txt file format.
