IWRL6432BOOST: As for IWRL6432 EVM REV A->B, is there any performance result to share with us?

Hi TI Experts,

We have 2 IWRL6432 EVMs, one is PROC117 REV. A (w/crystal at front side) buying on TI.com and the other one is PROC117 REV. B (w/crystal at bottom side) provided by TI BU. We've noticed that TX1 FOV is impacted by the crystal oscillator metal case referring to AWRL6432 Intruder Detection Testing - slide 8. As for IWRL6432 EVM REV A->B, is there any performance result to share with us? Look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

Hello Ann Tu,

Yes, We have noticed crystal on the top side showing up higher DC components for the Rx3 & Rx2 as shown below

With crystal on the bottom side of the board we have seen improved DC component up to 10dB on Rx3 and 5dB on Rx2 as shown below.

Hello,

Current OOB firmware demonstrate Major or Minor motion detection scenarios.

This test is done on the mmWave studio.

These test need to be done in clean environment (Such as Anechoic chamber) otherwise you would see clutter affecting the measurements.
