IWR6843ISK: Used Uniflash for demo flashing, but cannot detect the com port.

The question I asked earlier is not solved by the following link.

After the last time we can flash in, we temporarily idle, but recently we started to study it but the same problem arise again.

We tried a lot of USB cables and changed computers and didn't work.

I'd like to exchange goods. I feel something is wrong with this product.

Please see the below picture, It's OK to flash in at 11:18:11 in the morning, but it's not OK to flash in at 11:18:51.
