IWR6843AOPEVM: Cannot download any thing from TI Resource Explorer

I have downloaded mmWaveSDK 3.6.0.0.

I am trying to get the latest Out Of Box 6843 Example project by downloading Radar Toolbox (1.00.00.26)  but getting a message "Package Not Supported on Current Platform"

How to down load Radar Toolbox (1.00.00.26) or Industrial Toolbox (4.12.1). In fact I am unable to download anything from TI Resource Explorer.

I am using the latest version of Chrome browser on Windows 11.
