AWR1843BOOST: Relationship between AWR1843 and SOP

There are only two main relevent SOP modes for the user. 

SOP5 -> SOP[2:0] = 101 : This mode is used to put the Awr1843 device into flashing mode. That is you use this mode to write your application binary to the serial flash connected to the AWR1843 device. This writing is done using the UART interface.

SOP4 -> SP{2:0] = 001 : This mode is the functional mode, where the Awr1843 will load the flashed application from the serial flash and execute it.

Others modes are only for debug or internal development.

I am not sure I understand the question. If you asking about the supply pin for the IOs, there are VIO pins that on the chip. These are the pins that provide supply to all the interface IOs, including SOP lines.

It seems that it is necessary to measure the signal voltage again.

For the time being, the power supply of AWR1843 on Custom follows the datasheet except that L13 is dropped to GND.

Am sorry, the VPP requirements we added in our latest AWR2944 device datasheet, but are not included in our older device versions like AWR1843. But the same requirement is valid for all our radar devices.
