1. what is recommended PCB material?

2. recommended PMIC is out of stock. what is alternative device?

3. for good RF performance, is there any recommended PCB material?

4. Is MMWAVE-STUDIO SW tool free?

Hello,

For AOP products you dont need special RF PCB material. You can use the standard FR4 PCB material since the RF traces arr not routed on the PCB.

You could look at PMICs like LP8770 as an alternative.
