AWR2243: Transmit Subsystem - Phase Shifter

Part Number: AWR2243

Team,

My customer who has started evaluation of the AWR2234 has some question about Phase shifter the AWR2234 has.
Regarding Figure 9-2 in the datasheet, a 6-bit precision “Fine Phase Shifter” and a “0/180° Phase shifter” are drawn separately.

1) In case of phase control by AWR_PERCHIRPPHASESHIFT_CONF_SB, Fine Phase Shifter is used, When controlling the phase with AWR_BPM_CHIRP_CHIRP_CONF_SET_SB, the 0/180° shifter is my understanding correct?

2) 8.7 RF Specification in the datasheet defines Phase shifter accuracy as ±5°. Is this the accuracy of a 6-bit Fine Phase Shifter?
If so, what is the accuracy of the 0/180°Phase shifter in Figure 9-2? It appreciates it if you could provide Min/Typ/Max.

Could I have your comment on these questions?

Thank you for your support.
Regards,
Nonaka

    Yes this is correct

Please give us time to check if this information is available

    thank you
