IWR1443: Can't use COM3 and COM4 to open visualizer GUI

Hello Champs,

Customer designed his own board according to IWR1443BOOST. He removed TM4C, connected XDS110 to JTAG, used CP2104 to convert UART to USB. The PC shows 3 UARTs correctly. Customer can use COM8 to flash code. But he can't use COM3 and COM4 to open below visualizer.  

He can open the visualizer on IWR1443BOOST.
