AWR1642BOOST: DCA1000 data (.bin file) contents

Hi,

This is a related question to the previous one. (see above link)
The customer is trying to capture data using AWR1642BOOST and DCA1000EVM.
He refers to below training video.

Now he was able to dump the data in .bin file. (please refer slide#15)

He wants to understand how .bin file contents should be interpreted.
Do we have any document which describes about it?
(for example, which value shows distance data, etc.)
