IWRL6432: Build issues : examples

Hi,

I am working on the SDK 5.1 for IWRL6432. i followed installation steps as it is, from the document attached with the SDK.

But while i am building the example from SDK using makefiles(gmake), the makefile commands remain stuck in the command prompt.

Please help me with the same. Attaching a screenshot for your reference.

Hello,

Very sorry about the delay here. Can you please confirm that you have enabled make as described in the section Enabling "make" in Windows on the Using SDK with Makefiles page of the SDK documentation (<SDK_INSTALL>/docs/api_guide_xwrL64xx/MAKEFILE_BUILD_PAGE.html)?

Hi Josh,

I have already enabled make in Windows on my systems.

When i execute gmake -s help in cmd prompt(as suggested in the Readme), the makefile remains stuck after echoing 2-3 lines or sometimes no lines at all.

Here's a screenshot below. Please let me know what else could be the probable reason behind it.

Can you please open CMD in run as administrator mode and check if you see the same behavior?

Hi Josh,

I tried running it as Administrator but the results were same.

However after updating to gmake version(4.2.1), the issue was resolved.

Apparently there was some issue with gmake version(4.1).
