Hi team,
Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:
In the vital signs Reader Demo ( mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_12_1\labs\Vital_Signats\68xx_vital_signs\GUI\GUI_exe\VitalS ignsRadar_Demo.exe), there're 4 waveforms, Breathing Waveform, Heart Waveform, Chest Displacement and Range Profile. Regarding the waveform of the Range Profile, the Y-axis title is "magnitude (a.U.) ". What formula is used to calculate this value?
By checking the code of Vital Signs Reader Demo(mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_12_1\labs\Vital_Signats\68xx_vital_signs\GUI\GUI_source\mainwindow.CP P), it appears that the RCS value under the code is determined by the maximum Range Profile. Does this mean that the Y-axis of the Range Profile waveform refers to the RCS value?
The customer wants to further determine or predict the current behavior of the subject (turn left or right) by using the value of RCS or the value of the Range Profile, rather than only relying on Motion Detection Flag to determine whether the subject is currently moving.
Is the above way possible? Could you help look into this case? Thanks.
Best Regards,
Cherry
