IWRL6432: MSS Logger design guide with CP2105 USB to UART bridge IC

A customer would like to get guidance about USB to UART bridge design using CP2105 what they have used for IWR6843AOP based design.

They have designed 60GHz Radar Module using IWR6843AOP with CP2105 earlier. 

However, I promoted IWRL6432 product with TI local sales team and designed it for a new project. As USB to UART bridge IC was changed from CP2105 to TM4C MCU on EVM, there is an inquiry whether they can use CP2105 for IWRL6432 project as it is.

Please answer if UARTA_Tx of L6432 acts like MSS Logger of 6843 below.

If TM4C on 6432 EVM would be changed to CP2105, Uni-Flash works same as before?

Do they also need to make appropriate changes of Uniflash to support CP2105 on L6432 custom board?

Please provide us with UART-MSS Logger guidance to design with CP2105 like 6843aop usecase.

They need the reference design guide without TM4C.
