I'd like to check a few things about EVM board raw materials.
Q1.
In the following substrate information, isola FR408HR material has a dielectric constant of 3.3?
On the manufacturer's website, the representative dielectric constant value on the datasheet is 3.68.
Is the substrate dielectric constant estimated at 3.3 because the frequency of use is 60 GHz?
Or can I get the data that measured the substrate characteristics at 60GHz?
Q2.
Except for FR408 materials, the board part will only be used as a digital unit.
Can I use a regular FR4 (er=4.4-4.6) material instead of the PCB material PCL370HR material provided below?
