TMP1075: There is not thermal mass data for SOT packaged device, where should i find it?

Hi Experts,

My customer want to use SOT packaged TMP1075N. There system is sensitive to the thermal response of temperature sensor. However, there is not thermal mass data for SOT package. Where should i find it?
