Hi Team,

just want to check if there is a upgrade version of LM20B that can cover -40C to 150C.

It's better to keep same Sensor Gain and need to be p2p with LM20BIM7X/NOPB. I see there is TMP235A4 but sensor gain is positive. Thanks.

Hello Given,

The link below shows all analog sensors which support -40C to 150C and are available in SC70(DCK) 5 pin package. TMP9A00-EP is the only device with the same gain of -11.77mV/C. If you can use a different sensor gain, TMP235 is a good candidate.
