Wonder the same thing here, here is a known timeline (to me):
Jan.2022, TI documents still distinguish P & none P version of AWR2243
June.2022. AWR2243 datasheet eliminated the difference.
We have non-P version AWR2243 purchased from TI in September 2022, that batch was produced in Feb 2022 and April 2022.
The Feb 2022 batch turned out to be non-cascadeable, but the April 2022 batch could. It was further verifed by a TI FAE (one in Chian) that the Feb 2022 batch was not cascadeable.
So my assumption was that sometime between Feb 2022 to April 2022 in production that the shift happened....
Then I'm get confused again today...
We purchased some AWR2243 from TI US website last week (April 2023) and the batch arrived produced in May 2021.
I was told in the TI support email that they can be cascade, but I really don't feel comfortable and try them in our product. We learn the hard way previously.
Can some TI expert here confirm again that it is true that Feb 2022 batch is not cascade able but the May 2021 batch is?
