Hi,

I am having a hard time getting my IWR6843ISK-ODS (Rev C) up and running on my windows machine. My computer does not recognize the device on the Uniflash. Is this needed to install a driver to the device? What are some ways to troubleshoot this setup? I would like to run the people counter demo or similar. 

Any ideas or assistance is much appreciated! Thank you!

    Hi Dan,

    We can definitely assist you here. You may need to install some drivers. Can you see anything in the COM Ports in your Windows Device Manager? Something like the following:

    Even if you see something, but not necessarily those exact names, then you need to install drivers. 

    To see how to install the drivers, please check our Out of the Box Demo Guide on TI Resource Explorer. Not only will this point you to the right drivers to install, but it will give you a comprehensive guide to getting the device up and running. Double check that you are following the correct procedure with this document.
