Hello,
We need a Hall switch that will trigger when a 1 Mhz AC signal exceeds a current threshold.
We need to be able to set the threshold, between 0.5A and 4.5A.
Our voltage range is 0 to 5 V.. Max current: 5 A.
Thank you

Hi Johny,
Unfortunately, we do not have an Hall-effect current sensor with a 1MHz bandwidth available at this time.
TMCS1101 (BW = 80kHz) is the highest BW Hall-effect current sensor offering currently.
Thanks,
Cierra
Johny,
Cierra is out today so I will try to assist here. We also do not make AMR devices at this time. It sounds like you're looking for non-invasive options, but with the voltage range you need to measure here, your best bet may be to examine high speed options using a shunt to measure the 1 MHz current. Is the signal sinusoidal? If it is, we do have the INA296, which has a BW of 1.1MHz that would work here, but it is a shunt based device.
