While the range-azimuth heatmap is not generated by the unmodified 3D People Counting project, you could add it by reviewing the way it is generated in the out-of-box software and implementing it on-top of the 3D People Counting Algorithm.

What I mean is a matlab script that can process adc data and show both the RA heatmap and detecting result.

We do not have MATLAB code for this. The ADC data is far too large to process all of it in real-time. We have tools to process the ADC data (though not in real time) and we have tools to see the detection results in real time.
For processing the ADC data, the closest thing to what you're looking for is likely MMWAVE Studio + DCA1000. See the guide here for using them.
For the real-time results, I would recommend using the industrial visualizer.
