Here you can find either Altium files or other 3D (.step) files in the two downloadable zips.

I already checked these folders, but no .step file exists.

Hello,

My apologies, I now see your issue. In the SWRR164 zip on the MMWAVEICBOOST product page, there exists .step files for only the xWR6843ISK, not for the the MMWAVEICBOOST (swrr164c\swrr164\xWR6843ISK_Schematic_Assembly_BOM\Rev_D\IWR\3D_Step). Thank you for pointing this out, I will raise the issue internally, and see if we have the file to provide for you.
