AWR1843BOOST: Doubts regarding memory, beam steering and power

1)In the demovisualizer, plots show relative power vs range as below:

I ran a set of tests while keeping the same object in front of it, to evaluate the configs. For the same object, does a higher relative power mean a greater probability of detecting similar objects at longer distances, when compared to configs showing up the same object with lower relative power? For eg: in the graph above, configs corresponding to (a) has higher probability of detecting objects at longer distances when compared to (b)

2) I used the following configuration, which seems to be out of memory bounds, however still runs with the radar. Am I doing something wrong here?

The memory consumption comes out to be 480*3*32*0.031 kb  = 1400 kb instead of maximum limit of 1024 kb?

3) Is it possible to do beam steering using the default xwr18xx_mmw_demo.bin file simply by sending profile congifs, with txphase shifter set to desired value?

I am sending the config below,which runs without any issue. Does it mean that beam steering is enabled. Is there a place where I can get the config file for beam steering in the format mentioned below, instead of a .c/.h file?
