Hi Michael,
When you hover "Radar Toolbox - 1.00.00.26" you should see 3 dots appear as shown below. This is where you will be able to download the tooldbox package. The package should then install to C:/ti on your machine and you should be able to find the visualizer mentioned in the guide at the following path: C:\ti\radar_toolbox_1_00_00_26\tools\visualizers\Industrial_Visualizer. Of course, assuming windows system and default download location is used.
