LDC1000EVM: It is not recognized.

Dear Sir.

This is Kyungsoo Han, Korean, working SMART PARTS CO.,LTD.

I bought LDC1000EVM from ti store order No. T03953194 few day ago for End User Samsung Electronics.

The end user installed PGM according to TI's manual and connected the LDC1000EVM USB port, but it is not recognized.

Please inquire how to make it work.

Hello,

I have a few questions regarding this issue:

Did they install the Sensing Solutions GUI as admin? Sometimes the USB driver does not properly install if the GUI was not installed with admin rights.
Are they able to see the EVM show up in their computer's device manager? If so, how does the EVM show up?
Are there any LEDs lighting up on the board when they plug it into the computer?

Hi!

Even if I install in admin mode, the usb is not recognized.

And there are no LED lights anywhere.

How can I do next?
