MMWCAS-DSP-EVM: Not able to connect with the TDA board. Please check whether the Capture Card is connected to the network!

Hi Team,

Our customer is using MMWCAS-DSP-EVM and he received the error ''Not able to connect with the TDA board. Please check whether the Capture Card is connected to the network!". The LED of the ethernet port is off and there is no connection between the board and the teraterm. I found similar inquiries and some solutions from the following E2E threads.

He would like to know how to reflash the FPGA. Do we have a document or instruction on how to do it?
