Hi,
I was wondering if you will be adding more capabilities to the AWR2944EVM, such as
from the DFP document, as currently the AWR2944EVM doesn't allow the forceProfile to be set to '1'.
I was just wondering if you have a timeline on updates like this, if there is any and whether you will be conducting testing on things such as the chirp slope variation, which currently has only been tested at 0.
Thanks
Sam
Hi Sam,
You are currently referring to the SDK user guide. These values have been defined in the context of the demo. These features and different values are tested with the chip.
The DFP user guide can be found in this path "ti\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_03_00_01\mmwave_dfp_02_02_04_00\docs" where you can get more information on the advanced features of the chip.
The ICD can be found in this path "ti\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_03_00_01\mmwave_dfp_02_04_05_00\docs" which provide information on all the APIs that can be used to control and configure the Radar SS.
The chip will be capable of supporting all the listed features and you can refer to the above documentation to verify this. Also, a new version of the SDK will be available by end of next week on ti.com which will contain examples to demonstrate all the features of the chip.
Thanks,
Pradipta.
