IWR6843ISK: Difference between numDetectedObj and numberOfPoints in 3D People Counting Application

I recently purchased a board and I am reading up on the 3D people Counting Application.

The numDetectedObj is the header is the amount of targets seen? If that is the case, what are the number of points in the Point Cloud TLV? There aren't any IDs for the points.
