TMP75B-Q1: Customer production failure description review based on their PCB layout

Part Number: TMP75B-Q1

Dear,

There's 3 production failures returned from Customer and all of them indicated I2C communication error. However, after reviewing the customer PCB board, BU confirmed that there's no silkscreen on the resistors, so it's not really clear what the two zero ohm resistors that are populated are (circled in black). The schematic only shows two zero ohm resistors, but there are 3 pads for resistors on the board.

However, Customer informed that there is no issue with their schematic at their application.

Customer problem was that the part responded to 0x4D I2C address, but no 0x4C. Would you please review the customer problem description based on the following PCB board information?
