Can you check whether the FTDI drivers are installed correctly in your PC? And can you confirm that you were able to successfully complete all the steps in the section "FPGA Programming" in https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruij4a/spruij4a.pdf ?

I am not sure whethere the FDTI drivers are installed.The device manager can recognize two COM ports correctly.Does that mean FTDI drivers are installed?

Hello,

If this is a new board you should not need to program the FPGA yourself. When you power on the board if you see the FPGA Done LED is glowing this means that the board is already programmed.

You need to install the drivers manually for each one of the COM ports. The mmWave Studio users guide located C:\ti\mmwave_studio_03_00_00_14\docs explains how to do this in section 2.3.

This is one old board that can't work.And I have another board that work normally on the same PC.So I try to program the FPGA.

The drivers are installed already as below.

Here are steps in my programming.And the hardware setup is the same as DCA1000' user guide section 9.1 after my third confirm.
