Hello vivek,

The source of the measurement noise covariance is from the sensor deviation, that is, the inaccuracy of the sensor. Generally, the sensor will give an accuracy when used.

Hello Shine,

The covariance value depends on the detected objects data got from your detection algorithm. It also depends on the SNR of the objects.
