IWR6843ISK: No target information in TLV structure

Hi,

I am running the 3D People Counting application visualizer (6m with (and without) retention chirp config) and I am only getting Point Cloud TLVs (1020 - 0x3fc). Shouldn't I be getting Target TLVs as well?

This is with the 3D_people_count_6843 binary file (mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_12_1).

I always seem to get 5 TLVs with the above image.
