Customer use VDD=5V.
They want to calculate the output voltage to temperature.
So is there a LUT in VDD=5V?
Datasheet only have VDD=2.7V case.

The output is expected to be the same at 5V, but would be altered by the APSS specification.
Applying APSS for VDD = 5V to Section 8.6 LUT, I get the following:
