AWR1642: MIMO-SAR mmWave Imaging

Part Number: AWR1642

Hello E2E Experts,

Good day.

No matter if I use the MIMO or not, I always got the residual shadow. I tried to use SAR technology to image an object using mmWave radar

SAR technology is to fix the mmWave radar on the 2D translator stage and use the motor to move the mmWave radar to scan the object

With the SAR data processing method, I can get the image of the object with high resolution.
But as you can see, there are some residual shadows in my imaging result, I would like to know if you can help me to remove them.

  • Hi,

Thank you for reaching out on e2e!

Is it possible to give us more information about how you're using the AWR1642 here and what type of issue is being caused. It looks like a lot of details are not captured in the question. Would it be possible to explain your problem in depth?

Please also bear in mind that the support will be limited to the device only and involving 3rd party discussion forum topics will not be supported.

    Regards,

    Kaushik
