When measuring the Tx beam pattern of the AWRL6432Boost at 60GHz (CW), there is a pattern in which a null points in the H-Plane (az-plane) as shown below.

Are the measurement results below similar to those measured by TI? Also, is it possible to share the result of measuring the Tx beam pattern?

Here attached the one plots. All the TX-RX antenna pairs are included. 4G chirps are used for this measurement.

I think that the plot you attched is the result of combining the effects of both Tx and Rx antenna, as we have already shown in the TI document.

We want to know that the reasonw why null points occur in H-pol and we believe that this comes from the chip.

I would like TI to confirm that the degree of null we measured is correct from only Tx antenna side.

HI,

Sorry, I just got informed that we do not testing the TX radiation pattern by itself, other than AOP board. But when you looked at the our loopback results, you can tell the difference between RXs are small. The nulls majorly comes from TX channel, and there is a clear correlation between your TX results with our loopback results. The null location is very similar.
