OPT101: The pulse width of output

Part Number: OPT101

Hi team,

My customer is testing OPT101, and they have some questions for TI.

For this diagram:

- Yellow signal is the waveform of detected optical signal, f = 10kHz, pulse width = 3us.

- Blue signal is the waveform from OPT101

The question is:

1. Compared to detected optical signal, the signal from OPT101has about 40us pulse width spread, is it the characteristic of OPT101? Could you help to explain it more detailly?

2. Whether we have IC of the same function as OPT101 is recommended with more than 1MHz Bandwidth?

Thanks!
