I would like to use FDC2214 for attofarad capacitance measurement.
(Technically speaking, the average value of measure capacitance will be around several pF.
But what matters to me is the change of the capacitance, which is in aF range.)
In datasheet, it only mentions 0.3fF system noise level.
Can I get more detailed information about the noise level of this IC in differenct settings?
