AWR2944: EFuse query for differentiating ES1 and ES2 board

Part Number: AWR2944

TOP_CTRL Peripheral add 0x 0300E000

It is mapped to MSS_PCR2.

PCR Region PCS7.

this is used to check if device is ES1 or ES2.

In code we are checking EFUSE1_ROW_43 , 0,3.

I am not getting EFUSE1_ROW_43 reference in TRM.

can you help out here, how to figure out EFuse stuff in TRM

Hello Sandeep,

You have to read the memory 0x030E0430 bits 0-3 for being able to differentiate between the ES 1.0 and ES 2.0.
The Efuse details are for internal TI use, and this will not be publicly available in the TRM.

Hello Sandeep,

Based on the value you read from this if it is 1 its and ES 1.0 device and if its 2, it is an ES 2.0 device.
Reading from this register will provide you enough information for the differentiation.
The information related to EFUSE is only for the TI internal use.
